Hi Paul , I was up Hanley today and i agree totally. This is not a place that is nice to walk round as there are so many people who dont seem to be on this planet. Scary place and i never felt safe especially when i decided to walk down to the museum. The part by the toilets and banks is where about 8 people were singing and drinking and shouting stuff , really not a nice environment to be in. No idea what the solution is but something needs to be done as it will only get worse. I really do not know how some of the shops survive as the footfall is so low compared to years ago. x x x Grace
